Best place to get an oil change in Santa Monica, for real. I’ve gone to too many places to count around here as well as jiffy lubes and other oil change shops, and these guys offer a proper $99 rate, and check for other issues, but seem to care a little more. And the price literally can’t be beat, especially nowadays. I own a Volvo, and those take 5-6 quarts. Will for sure come back for my next oil change.

Omar and the team were amazing. He listening to my concerns and came up with a solution quick and affordable for me. All of the mechanics were friendly. Having someone as understanding as Omar was to me is a blessing.

David C is the best Firestone Employee I have ever encountered in my 15 years of being a customer and a total life saver. I was on a work trip from LA to Northern California and got a nail in my tire. I arrived near closing time after 2 other tire places were unable to help and he personally helped me get the tire fixed even willing to go past business hours. He went above and beyond in his customer service and care for clients. He conducted the repair very timely and efficiently. Superb price. I would not have made it to my destination on time without his spectacular assistance. Highly recommend this location because of David!!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience warrants one. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ll start with the only positives: scheduling was easy, drop-off was straightforward, and they sent the invoice promptly. Unfortunately, that’s where the good ends. I brought my car in for a tire rotation, oil change, transmission fluid service, and coolant flush. I dropped it off at 10 AM. A few hours later, I got a call saying I needed two rear tires replaced… one worn and one with a nail that was “unrepairable.” There was no proof provided, and I agreed over the phone. I was charged $577 for tires and $524 for brakes. The pricing already felt questionable, especially after reading similar experiences from others. They also recommended for me to replace my cabin and engine air filters because they were dirty. This is IMPOSSIBLE, because I had personally replaced both just TWO DAYS prior. That immediately made me question everything else they recommended. At that point, it became clear they were either not checking anything or just trying to upsell blindly. I called later to confirm pickup and was told 6:00–6:15 PM, even though their posted closing time is 6 PM. I arrived right at 6

Not only did I need them to certify me for my rideshare in less than an hour, but they took me as a walk-in and Omar was the greatest!!!! His customer service is exceptional and above average. Such a kind person and professional! I recommend this location one hundred percent, and please ask for Omar! It is a very convenient location right off of the 10 freeway; so if you need tires or other services with really nice people, come here! Thank you Omar and team❤️
